Tadum! Tonight marked the first night of my Fast-Track, Kick-Sugar Countdown Program. I’m pretty wiped out with all the preparation, but I just had to share a heartwarming e-mail I received about the tele-seminar:

I am so grateful for the fast-track kick sugar program that you have worked so hard to put together. It is pretty amazing! The first official call was pretty intense for me. It was brave of you, I think, to share with everyone about your struggles with sugar and the effects it had on your personality and relationships. Listening to what you used to be like and what you are like now has given me hope and even more determination to kick the sugar. I want to be my best self, and being active in my sugar addiction has kept me from that. With the help of your program I have 7 days sugar, wheat, and flour free. The physical effects of the sugar that you have experienced are very familiar to me. Stating them on the call helped me to realize, again, on a deep level, that I truly, physically (and emotionally), am addicted to overt sugar…and maybe flour…I’ll add whole grain flour someday to see. Anyway, thank you again for your caring, and so generously sharing your knowledge and expertise. I cannot wait to read your book, and I hope that someday you will reach millions of people on the Oprah show. Thank you Mombonana
