Yesterday, while meditating, my mind wandered and I began to feel sorry for you parents, because tonight, when your sugar-overloaded youngsters come back from trick-or-treating, they may make you frazzled, frustrated and flummoxed.

Although I gave some tips in a special, five-minute segment on WCBS-TV on Sunday (see the video here), I wanted to help you more. So I quickly put better together a panel of experts, who will devote a full half hour to help you deal with your Little Sugar Monsters.
