    Also thought of something else! I want to know if artificial sweeteners Aspartame, stevia, etc have any effect on your blood sugar, just because of the sweetness. I have wondered if your brain, because it tastes sweetness, is making your pancreas produce insulin?

  2. I would like to see lots of recipes and ideas of things to eat that are sugar free. Also, a section for people with allergies. I can’t have dairy/beef and sometimes things suggested are things I can’t have, i.e., cheese. There are lots of people who have celiac and can’t have gluten, too (one of my best friends has it).
    Dealing with holidays that center around food (sweets especially) is important too, I think.
