A large group of people attended my talk Sunday at the Navel Expo in Huntington on Long Island.
I sure hope I inspired and educated the folks at my talk so that they'll take action.
It always a lot of fun to speak at conferences, companies and special events to help people learn about sugar addiction and get some tips to begin to break free of their habit.
At this talk, I met such wonderful folks, who seemed very intent on learning how sugar harms them and how to become liberated from its clutches.
