  1. recently, my doctor convinced me to have a blood sugar count using an elisa kit..the results show that in a just a few years if i continue my bad eating habits that i may become diabetic..can i ask something, does sleeping in the afternoon contribute in weight gain?coz there are times when i sleep in the afternoon for about 3 hours..so 8 hours of sleep from the night before plus the 3 more hours during the afternoon..is it bad?does it help to make me gain weight?
