  1. I like eating healthy and not missing high carb sugar laden food. What I don’t understand is why you have to feel bad while eating healthy. Kicked the sugar some time ago so it’s not an issue for me. I balance carb, fat, and protein and it’s satisfying. So far it is successful, but just don’t know why you have to feel tired and sluggish all the time.
