Now that the holiday season is upon us, you could easily go hog wild and grab the sugary foods and drinks.
I don't intend to be mean — I'm just realistic — and I want to prepare you for the tricky situations you'll encounter.
For instance: You know how you're at your family's house and the sugar temptation hits you strong and you don't know what to do?
Or how you get so stressed out before a work party or family function that you shove candies and cookies into your mouth?
Well, because people have been asking me to give them extra support around this time, I decided to help you out during this season by offering Quickie Holiday Sugar Support.
The idea is to give you four, 15-minute, group coaching calls to help you overcome holiday pitfalls and to raise your sugar awareness.
In our short coaching calls, you'll get encouragement, motivation and proven tools that you can immediately put to work as soon as you hang up the phone.
You'll decide what to do, and I'll help you make it happen.
These Quickie Holiday Sugar Support teleseminars are only 15 minutes long so that if you're with family and friends, you can easily slip away to call on your cell. Then, you can go back to all your family fun, charged up and feeling strong enough to resist temptation.
Our first two calls are on Thurs., Dec. 11 and Dec. 17 from 5:30 to 5:45 p.m. Eastern.
The last two calls are on Tues., Dec. 23 and Dec. 30 from 5:30 to 5:45 pm Eastern.
Here are the dates again for the Quickie Holiday Sugar Support:
- Thurs., Dec. 11 — 5:30 to 5:45 pm Eastern
- Thurs., Dec. 17 – 5:30 to 5:45 Eastern
- Tues., Dec. 23 — 5:30 pm to 5:45 pm Eastern
- Tues., Dec. 30 – 5:30 pm to 5:45 pm Eastern
Just listen to one excited member of the Quickie Holiday Sugar Support program.
"I’m very excited about your program, Connie. You’re giving us support when we need it the most. This will really help us avoid the stresses and temptations of the holiday season."
