As I'm now in the final phase of writing my book,Beyond Sugar Shock (for Hay House), I'm often being inspired, encouraged and motivated by the German band, Gregorian.
I just can't get enough of this group's music!
As I listen to Gregorian's chant-inspired versions of modern pop and rock songs, words, ideas and thoughts are coming at me — thank you, Universal Intelligence — so I can help people around the world break free of their sugar addiction and let loose of extra weight.
This music can touch you no matter what your religion. I believe the tunes from Gregorian — which is headed by the creative producer composer Frank Peterson — can bring you to a higher, more positive place. Plus, as I've been finding, creativity and calm is coming to me.
