If you’re on a social network like Twitter, you better start socializing with your circle and beyond, because if not, you run the risk of being branded as "anti-social."
Worse, still, if you’re not tweeting at least a little, evidently you can get booted from Twitter, the mini-blogging site, which I discussed here, on my blog.
Poor Abdylas Tynyshov (known as "Ades") actually had his account suspended, as he posts on his Ades Blog. It is also being — get this — "investigated due to strange activity," because he didn’t live up to the social networking credo. Is anyone else chuckling over this absurd turn of events?
So those of you with Twitter accounts, you best be tweeting, but please don’t dash out such mundane stuff as what you had for breakfast, how you’re stuck in traffic or what time you went to bed. B-o-r-i-n-g.
Instead, use Twitter with purpose. Let’s hear it for non-Trivial tweets, which I hope I’m doing, as I loudly (via blog) proclaim. You be the judge.
