Thanks Connie, For directing your readers to WD Happiness Blog. I do feel so much better since I eliminated sugar from my diet.
There are so many naturally sweet foods that I really don’t miss it as much as I thought I would. This also helped me lose five pounds I had been trying to get rid of since last fall. I am excited to say that I once again weigh less than I did in high school, and for this Gram that is thrilling!
