Alisa Vitti is a holistic health counselor, who founded Laughing Sage Wellness after she healed herself of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) through food and lifestyle changes. She now helps young women to correct hormonal imbalances using medicinal foods. Her protocol is currently the subject of a clinical study in conjunction with a research physician from Columbia University. As a Hay House winner, Alisa will give a talk at the November Hay House I Can Do It! conference.

Check out the Nutrition in Every Hue chart, where you also can learn about the many nutrient and benefits you get from your favorite multi-colored fruits and vegetables.
You may be surprised to learn what the lowest low-carb fruit is. (Go here so I don’t spoil the surprise.)
