Gratitude Week: Day 5 (Last Day)

Gratitude - hello my name is Wow! What an amazing week!

Gratitude Week concluded today with another fabulous show featuring top experts on the Gab with the Gurus Radio Show

In all, this week, numerous gratitude experts — we'll have 21 in all — revealed the strong connection between having an attitude of gratitude and being happy, forgiving, optimistic, loving and finding it easier to cope.

Experts — who included bestselling authors and people who run amazing organizations that are changing the lives of its fans and members (full list coming) — have shared how gratitude can stomp out depression, emotional eating, stress and even the obesity crisis.

By the way, stay tuned for another Gab with the Gurus Radio Show on Sept. 21 for World Gratitude Day and another show (date TBA) with a couple of gratitude researchers, who were unable to participate in Gratitude Week.

Now, here is the schedule for our final day.

Every day, I've been expressing gratitude for the wonderful gratitude images I've been using on blog posts. But today, I'm not sure who to thank, because I saw this fabulous "Hello, My Name is Gratitude" artwork on several sites, including awisewoman1.blogspot.com, aboutmyrecovery.com, sgmletters.com, rojaconsulting and metyouth.ca/markhauch/. I'm just thankful that I found this!
