More Americans Obese Than Overweight: Take Action This Month by Trimming the Sugar, Quickie Carbs & Junk Food

Sad news. More Americans are now obese than those who are merely overweight.
So finds the latest statistics from the federal government.
The new numbers from the National Center for Health Statistics show that more than 34 percent of Americans are obese compared to 32.7 percent who are overweight. Just under 6 percent are “extremely” obese.
Wanna lose weight? Just dump the sugar, quickie carbs and junk food. Over and over, I hear from happy, now-healthy sugar addicts, who’ve turned away from sugar only to find that the weight peels right off.
