- "Multi-task pre-dinner. Okay, so you are cooking (or like me mostly assembling), but let’s face it, there are still some time gaps here and there when things are steaming, sautéing or defrosting. Use that time to throw in your bursts, do some squats or power up some push-ups.
Remember… it all counts!"
