Tonight I went to a wonderful party sponsored by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I graduated in June 2006. I’ve written here before about this remarkable school, where you not only get to listen to a who’s who in the world of nutrition, but you get to have an uplifting, transformative, life-enhancing experience.
Anyhow, it’s always exhilarating to reconnect with former classmates and to meet other graduates of IIN, because they’re truly inspiring, remarkable folks.
Tonight was no exception. I stood in awe as I listened to what other grads are now doing. For instance, I simply marveled upon learning about Joseph Varghese, a business acceleration expert and marketing strategist; Stacey May, assistant director at Camp Jewell YMCA in Colebrook, Conn.; Jena la Flamme, founder of Jena Wellness in New York City; and Cynthia Stadd, who promotes living Cynfully Healthy.
If you yearn to help other people become more healthy and make their lives more meaningful, then you should check out this groundbreaking program. Make sure to tell them that Connie, the sugar-liberation coach sent you.
