The inspiration for this wellness-focused, personal-development show came about, because 10 years ago, on April 15, 1998, I kicked sugar and became "reborn."
Given that I’m in a jublilant, celebratory, playful mood because of conquering my sugar addiction and becoming and totally changing my life, I wanted to come up with a program to help you become the best you can be.
So now I’m bringing as many experts as possible to help you triumph over your addictions, challenges and frustrations; make your dreams come true, and create a fabulous life for yourself.
Since I know you’re all short on time, I came up with a format where you could get good information quickly. That’s why this fun, healthy, human-potential, wellness-focused show will be run in a playful spirit in a speed-dating-style format. I’ll be conducting speed interviewing, if you will. (You can always delve deeper into a subject and buy the experts’ books later, too.)
