FYI, weight-wise, things are looking up for me: That is to say, my weight is readily going down. Yeah! Recently, as I’ve been exercising more, getting sufficient zzz’s, and not sitting on my butt round the clock for my book, the few pounds that I recently gained while writing it, have been peeling right off. In fact, my goal weight is readily in sight.
What’s more, my fitness trainer praised me yesterday, telling me that I’m getting a lot stronger again and I’m able to do much more in our sessions of weight lifting, resistance training and strength building. Back to fact checking!
