For years, I’ve suspected and been convinced that there’s a bona fide connection.
Now yet another study, this one in Public Health Nutrition supports this junk foods-give-you-junky moods theory.

So the next time you feel depressed or discouraged or you’re in a dark place and re ready to pig out on carbage (carb garbage), remember that if you feel blue now, you’ll be more down in the dumps after stuffing your face with processed sweets or carbs.
