Some experts say that the obesity rates are possibly even worse than reported in the new Trust for America’s Health Study, which I wrote about yesterday.
According to the USA Today, the Trust’s methodology has been under fire for being flawed.
I’m just not sure that it’s worth it to quibble over just how fat we are as a nation.
Americans are big and they’re getting even bigger — and much of the blame can be planted on our excessive quickie-carb consumption.
