A new opinion poll by the Harvard School of Public Health finds that three-fourths of Americans believe that obesity is "extremely" or "very" serious and they believe that scientists have been accurately portraying the health risks of too much extra weight.
But, interestingly, they’re no less likely than a year ago to keep track of calories, fat content, or the amount of carbohydrates they eat.
Curious conclusions: They believe that obesity is a big problem but they’re not tracking calorie, carb or fat content? What gives? Don’t people care about their health?
