Incidentally, I recently had the pleasure of meeting the author of the groundbreaking book Fast Food Nation at a preview screening for his movie of the same name. In fact, a month ago, before the film’s release, I blogged about it.
All Americans, I believe, especially fast-food frequenters, need to get their eyes opened as to what really happens at those dubious dining establishments, and Eric is just the guy to do it.

Please keep educating the world about this. I quit sugar only four months ago and the improvement in my life is phenomenal. But still, most people see my sugar-free lifestyle as odd at best, depriving myself at worst.
I truly believe that it’s only a matter of time before people come to see sugar as cautiously as they now see tobacco.
