An interesting weight-loss trend is afoot here in New York City.
It’s called the "Co-Worker Diet," and it basically involves tackling that battle of the bulge with a colleague at work.
Read this enlightening New York Post article from Marina Vataj about losing excess flab with a co-worker.
By the way, one of the features of my soon-to-be launched private membership program is the opportunity to find a kick-sugar buddy.
I just love this buddy approach. Actually, I have an idea for those of us who too often burn the midnight oil.
Those of us who are sleep-deprived too often should band together and start encouraging each other to get more sleep! (This way, we may not get sick as I recently did!)
Special thanks to Kenneth in the 212 Blog for alerting me to the popular New York, co-worker weight-loss strategy.

The buddy system definitely works. I’ve been a member of Weight Watchers for 2.5 years and could not have been successful without my buddy. We encourage each other, help stay on track and workout together. It’s my number one piece of advice when people ask — do it with a buddy!
