I have been a binge eater nearly every day out of the last 33 years and I can tell you that switching hands will not do a thing when I am upset, angry or depression and need carbs. I will mow down Mother Teresa ( if she was still alive that is ) if she was standing in front of the fridge and my potato chips, cookies, cake, pie, pretzels………….were in there and I needed my fix.
