To all of you loyal readers: I'm so very grateful that you continue to visit this Sugar Shock Blog.
Just thought I'd touch base and let you all know that I'm in the middle of a move — which is requiring lots of tossing boxes and boxes full of papers (which h I am recycling). For instance, I'm finally letting go of old research studies that I used in my book and even some old journals and college papers.
Only on my laptop, which isn't working right.
Back to my piles of paper and boxes. In the meantime, I'm thinking about all of you and wishing you a sweet week.
