Yesterday was my big day being 10 years off sugar. I had a nice celebration yesterday — listen to my radio show with 15 experts — that is, untill I got a really bad case of food poisoning.
I’m off to bed again. Spent half the night sick. So no follow-up radio show today with Curt Ellis, the filmmaker of "King Corn."
