BlogTalkRadio.com: Kudos to the Folks at This Groundbreaking Site (Where I Host My Stop SUGAR SHOCK! Radio Show) For More Media Attention

Kudos to BlogTalkRadio.com — where I host my Stop SUGAR SHOCK! Radio Show — for continuing to garner media attention. The most recent piece is from Conde Nast’s Portfolio, which ran a fascinating story about this cutting-edge venue.

The article by reporter David Levine includes the following telling quotes:

"’I think that [BlogTalk] represents something that’s far greater than itself,’ says Michael Harrison, publisher of Talkers magazine, a leading talk-radio-industry trade publication. ‘There’s a whole bunch of new Web-based entities that I predict will be the media stations of the future.’"

And the writer, David Levine, also observes this about the web space:

"But internet talk radio is… rapidly getting attention from prominent hosts, guests, and broadcasting companies—especially in the wake of the blog phenomenon, which mainstream media outlets were slow to accept.

"The online amateur-radio niche is still sparsely populated, and as yet, largely undefined. BlogTalk is one of the few companies that currently offers a medium explicitly designed to emulate traditional radio, and this may be part of the key to the company’s relative success."

BlogTalkRadio also was recently featured by a fascinating article in Publisher’s Weekly and then Reuters ran another equally intriguing story.

If you’d like to start your own radio show or want to learn more about this innovative blog/radio platform, you can hear co-founder Alan Levy on his own weekly Alan Levy Show.

I also invite you to listen to the interview that I conducted with Alan on my Stop SUGAR SHOCK! Radio Show.

Make sure to catch my Stop SUGAR SHOCK! Radio Show, which regularly features both call-in shows during which I answer listeners’ questions and Gab With the Gurus™ segments, when I interview renowned experts.

For instance, you can listen at any time, at your convenience, to the two shows I held last week. One featured Lisa Nichols of "The Secret" and another dealt with eating disorders.

In addition, I invite you to check out some of my previous shows, including ones with "Oprah" regular Dr. Mehmet Oz, "FlyLady" Marla Cilley (who has her own show on BlogTalkRadio), famed relationship expert Dr. Barbara DeAngelis and many more.
