  1. I’m SOOOO glad I was able to make this on e LIVE!!!! I listened with my husband and it was so great to see him get motivated. He even agreed to be my buddy so we can try to help each other quit.
    I took your advice and used a smaller coffee cup with only 1 tsp of sugar. It didn’t taste as good as with 4 tsp of sugar, but I was so pleased that I did it, that I guess I got an ANTI-sugar High! I put a sign up on office door that says SUGAR is POISON! And I posted Nancy’s 146 ways sugar is bad for you right next to it. After a week of 2 of constantly telling my self this, I think it will get easier and easier to quit. I can’t thank you enough for this. Over the years I’ve quit soft drinks, juices, gluten, smoking and almost all meat, and I’ve still struggled to get my weight under control. If I can do this, if I can quit sugar, I truly believe that will be the thing that restores my health and gets me back to my college days weigth. You are an angel for putting this program together! I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Even if you aren’t even thinking about quitting sugar right now. You won’t be sorry.

    I find Nancy’s list most useful. Finland ranks as the leading nation in the world in per capita sugar consumption. As a dentist, I motivate my patients to better oral health by advising them to study the 147 Reasons Why Sugar Is Ruining Your Health. After reading the list, it is very clear to everyone that that sugar does not only damage the teeth, but it is generally deleterious to one’s overall well-being.
