You Can Hear Me Today on 1 of a Dozen Radio Stations Talking About The Sweeter Gift Challenge

Today, you can hear me on a dozen different radio stations all around the country inviting people to have a sweeter Valentine’s Day by giving something other than candies and chocolates.

I began at 6:18 this morning — a little earlier than my normal wake-up time! — cheerfully chatting up a storm.

In the span of a few hours, I talked with radio hosts at stations in Manchester, New Hampshire; New York: Roanoke, Virginia; Orlando, Florida; Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina; Huntsville, Alabama; Ocean City, Maryland; and Minneapolis, Minnesota.

In a few minutes, I’ll be interviewed by hosts at radio stations in Colorado Springs; Plattsburgh, New York, Kansas City; and a family-based network.

During the shows, I’m discussing The Sweeter Gift Challenge, where I’m encouraging people to submit ideas for Valentine’s Day gifts that don’t involve sugar.

I’m also educating folks to the idea that over time, eating a bunch of sweets could lead to a whole host of problems — obesity (which everyone knows about), but also fatigue, mood swings, difficulty concentrating (or what I call "brain fog"), depression, heart disease, diabetes and much, much more. In other words, all those quickie carbs could lead to a constellation of problems I call SUGAR SHOCK!

Join us in the fun!

Submit your non-sugary ideas for Valentine’s Day to www.SweeterGift.com. Even if you don’t have great ideas, say, "Hey, Connie, I’m short on ideas…" and you’ll still get to participate in a very exciting tele-seminar featuring experts in gift-giving, romance, health and more.

Gotta get ready for my next radio interview now.
