  1. I’ve spent several HOURS a day, 7 days a week, for the last 6 years doing online and book research into various health issues. My husband spends as much time as I do online, but I’m sure he’s researching different things like computers and motorcycles.
If you are concerned about your health and are one of those people who actually think beyond the advice your doctor gives you about your health then you are going to spend time learning about it.
The more you know, the better armed you are for making the right decisions about your health. I spent decades overeating sugar, carbs, and food in general. I knew it was ‘unhealthy’ but not until these last six years have I learned just what I’ve done to my body in all that time.
I learn even more now in order to try to reverse some of the damage I’ve done. I wish everyone in the world was as interested in learning more about their health and how to improve it.
