I may not over eat, but since I quit smoking eight/nine years ago and also gave up alcohol, when I get stress and am not able to go for walks, I tend to eat a little more sugary things. I like salads and chicken. Red meat once in a while and the same with fish. I’m not as active as I was when I was younger, and the school system has add more hours to the week, which means usually very tired when I get home.
