Today, I came up with an idea that I think will be really fun for those of you who want up-to-date information about sugar’s dangers and who want some tried-and-true tips and tactics to overcome your sugar habit.

You see, many of you have been graciously and loyally visiting this blog as I’ve been researching and writing my book SUGAR SHOCK! (And, of course, some of you are new here, too. That’s cool.)

Well, SUGAR SHOCK! officially hits book stores on Dec. 26, 2006 (thanks to my publisher Berkley Books), but I’d like to offer you a chance to WIN an advance copy! Yes, you can win a bound manuscript of my book — which I could mail out IMMEDIATELY.

In other words, you get a sneak peek at my book nearly 2 MONTHS BEFORE people can buy it in book stores.

FYI, for those of you new here, I’ve been toiling over this book for FIVE long years. For instance:
